Our position

dlpornx is a personal-use recording tool. It is intended for saving your own uploads, content you have the rights-holder's permission to save, or material that is freely licensed or in the public domain.
Downloading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited by our Terms of Service. Using this service to do so is a breach of those terms, and you are solely responsible for it.
The platform you download from has its own terms of service, which may restrict downloading even where copyright law would not. You are responsible for reading and following them.
We do not support downloading from subscription or DRM-protected services, and we do not attempt to circumvent any technical protection measure.

Non-consensual content & zero tolerance

dlpornx is a tool, not a content host — we do not upload, curate, or store a library of media (see below). Even so, we have zero tolerance for using this service in connection with child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content depicting anyone under 18, or non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"). Such use is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service and, where applicable, will be reported to the authorities.

If you are featured in content and did not consent to its distribution, or you wish to report abusive material, email contact@dlpornx.com with the subject line "Removal", including the specific URL(s) and enough information for us to verify your request. We treat these reports as a priority.

What we do and don't store

This is not a media host, library, or search engine. We do not maintain a catalogue of videos, we do not index or promote anyone's content, and there is no way to browse or search media on this site.

Nothing is downloaded unless a visitor pastes a specific link and asks for it.
The resulting file is held only long enough for that visitor to save it, and is then deleted automatically within hours. We keep no permanent copies.
The record of a download request is deleted automatically within a day.

This matters for reports: because we hold no lasting copy of any media, there is typically nothing persistent for us to take down. What we can do is stop this service from being used against particular content — see below.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe this service is being used in relation to your work, email contact@dlpornx.com with the subject line "Copyright". To help us act quickly, please include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you say is affected;
The specific URL(s) concerned;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every report we receive. Where a report is well-founded we will act on it, which may include blocking the reported URLs — or an entire source site — so this service refuses to process them at all, and removing any file that happens to still be within its short retention window. We also enforce our Terms of Service against misuse.

We aim to acknowledge reports promptly. If you believe we have blocked something in error, write to the same address and we will reconsider.
